Smart911 allows you to store critical care and emergency rescue information with Smart911 in advance of any emergency. The information is collected on the Smart911 website. If you call 9-1-1 from a phone number registered and verified with Smart911 (by responding to a text message or automated call placed to that phone), and the 9-1-1 operator has Smart911 technology, then your Smart911 profile is automatically made available to the 9-1-1 operator taking your call.
Smart911 can help protect you, your loved ones, and other members of your household. By storing your critical care and emergency rescue information with Smart911 during a calm moment, you can take the time to ensure that the information is correct and accurate and exactly what you would like to be communicated to emergency response teams in an emergency. Registering for the service is free.
When you complete registration, Smart911 will automatically direct you to your Smart911 Dashboard, and will send an email to your registered email address confirming your registration. Smart911 will not deliver your critical care information to 9-1-1 answering centers unless you have verified the phone you registered by responding to the text message or automated call placed to that phone.
By having a Smart911 account, your Smart911 profile will be displayed to the 9-1-1 operator if you place a 9-1-1 call from a phone registered with Smart911,
